Tonight I went up to the coast to see what was about, as soon as I got there there was a Barn Owl sat on a post, it quickly fly over the Teasels and caught a mouse, then flew back to the barn.
I made myself comfortable and waiting for him to return across the field for more, sadly he wasn’t hungry and never came back ! Not to worry though there was a charm of Goldfinches flying back and forth, a distant Sparrowhawk and the Stonechats were in good voice. As a photography night it wasn’t the best, but as a great night in the wild it was a good night.
