Today was the tail end of the storm , but no rain, just dark clouds, wind and the odd spell of Sun.
We headed off to Sannox for a walk along the North shore to the fallen rocks. A lovely walk and we were accompanied at most times by some wildlife ( unlike yesterday ! ). Along the shore we watched Grey Seals, Red Breasted Mergansers, Cormorants , Rock Pippits and Even some Common Dolphins.
Next was a drive to Lochranza and the surrounding area, we went to see if the Humpback Whale was showing, but instead found Red Deer and Stags in Rut, Grey Seals, Porpoises, Red Breasted Mergansers, Grey Herons and Hooded Crows.
Another great Arran Wildlife day and out of the 13 here so far we have only managed two days where we didn’t see an Otter !
