8am in the pouring rain and I spotted something unusual in the water of the pond, it was an Otter ! So I quickly put my rain clothes on and headed out in the pouring rain. The large dog Otter was busy fishing, took one look at me and decided I was no threat so carried on, I sat down and watched.
Over the course of the next 30 minutes he managed to get about 8 or 9 large fish out of the pond before heading off through the fields and off towards the river Ehen.
A fantastic experience and one I hope will continue now the Otter knows there is a pond full of wild fish for his breakfast
