Taken on the Inner Farne islands Puffin coloney. It was a suuny day but very cold and very shortly after taking the photo the bird flu epidemic closed the islands to visitors.

This Barn Owl often hunts in the fileds near home in West Cumbria, but normaly in the dark, this photo was taken just as the sun was setting but while there was a little light left

This was taken in our West Cumbrian garden, the Blue Tit often waits in the Hawthorn bushes for one of the seed feeders to become available.
